PUBLIC NOTICES JJIKURANGI TOWN BOARD ! RATES—I93S-36 Public notice is hereby given that the Hikurangi Town Board, in pursuance of its powers under the Town Boards Act. Municipal Corporations Act, Rating Act, Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act. Local Bodies Loans Act, Harbours Act. and all amendments thereof respectively, and of all other powers enabling it on that behalf, intends at its next ordinary meeting to be held in the Hikurangi Town Board Room on the 2nd day of July, 1935, at 7 p.m. to make and levy, for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1935, and ending on the ] 31st day of March, 1936, the following rates and fees on the unimproved value of all rateable property within the Hikurangi Town District, and such rates and fees to be payable in |one sum on the 3st day of July, 1935, I to the collector at the Board’s office during office hours: — Amalgamated Rate of 9d in the £, in lieu of the following: General Rate of 3d in the £. i Hospital Rate of lid in the £. Annual Recurring Special—Streets and Bridges Loan Interest Rate of 2d in the £. Water Works Loan Interest Rate of 2Jd in the £. Also a Water Supply Rate of id in the £.• Minimum 10/-. And a Non-Ccnsumers’ Rate of Id in the £. Minimum 5/-. Also a Uniform Sanitary Fee of £1 15/- per pan in respect of every dwelling, shop, factory or other occupied building within, the Hikurangi Town District. WHANGAREI HARBOUR RATE Also a Harbour Hate of id in the £ to be collected on behalf of the Whangarei Harbour Board in accordance with provision of the Harbours Act 1923. .
