CONFIRMATION ON JULY 1. MONARCHY QUESTION. / PLEBISCITE URGED. ' (Received p a.m.) ATHENS, June 10. The Premier of Greece, M. Tsaldaris, announces that he will convoke the National Assembly for July 1 for the purpose of confirming the • decrees issued since the revolt. After that there will be an adjournment until September, in order to prepare a modification of the constitution. Several members of the Cabinet urge an immediate plebisciate on the restoration of the Monarchy, which, under the Premier’s plan appears to be postponed until October at the earliest.
