Association. — Covyriahl.l WELLINGTON, This Day.Different pleas, were entered in the Magistrate’s Court by Alexander Churton, aged 35, and Alfred George Featherston, aged 24, who were charged with breaking and entering the house of William Randall, at Plimmerton, and stealing £2O. Featherston pleaded guilty and was remanded to the Supreme Court for sentence. Churton, who pleaded not guilty, reserved his defence and was committed for trial. Bail was allowed in £IOO. It was alleged that Churton had been friendly with Mr Randall’s daughter and had discovered through her that her father had money on the premises. x
