ECONOMIC COHESION. PERMANENT COMMISSION. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, May 1. At the instance of the Birmingham delegation, the Association of British Chambers of Commerce, at the annual meeting, unanimously passed a resolution that the full benefit of Empire economic cohesion would be facilitated by the creation in London of a permanent preparatory commission, on which there should be full Dominion representation, to study interlocking interests of industry and agriculture, and overcome difficulty in the practical application of the Ottawa agreement.
