GAOL SENTENCES. [Per Press Association.—CopyrightJ WELLINGTON, This Day. A verdict of guilty on all charges was returned by the jury at the trial in the Supreme Court, Wellington, of Charles Ernest Vickers and Ernest Mabin Gilmour. Accused were indicted on charges of conspiracy to defraud and of misrepresentation in connection with the, sale of shares of the Craftsman Manufacturing Company, of New Zealand, Ltd. (in liquidation). The prisoners were sentenced by Mr Justice Smith to three years’ imprisonment with hard labour and four years’ imprisonment with hard labour respectively.
