FRENCH ORDINANCE. ' LESS UNEMPLOYMENT. ["The Times” Cable.l (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, January 19. , The Paris correspondent of “The Times” states that the French Government has authorised the Minister of Labour, M. Jacquier, to introduce a bill forbidding the working of overtime in industrial and commercial undertakings. Other measures designed to reduce unemployment are also being considered.
