PUBLIC HEALTH DIPLOMAS
DOMINION AWARDS. CANNOT BE RECOGNISED. (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, November 28. He had communicated with Mr Stanley Baldwin and was hopeful that Parliamentary action might solve the difficulty.
