NEW HEADQUARTERS. KING CONDUCTS..OPENING. ' [British Official Wireless .] (Received 9 a.m.) RUGBY, November 8. King George, accompanied by Queen Mary, today opened the new headquarters of the Royal Institute of British Architects. The building, which cost £125,000. has been built in the centenary year of the institute. The latter has been the principal agency in creating a system of architectural education in British and of fostering the development of similar institutions in the Dominions.
