FOUND HANGING
HORSE TRAINER’S END. [Special to "Northern Advocate AUCKLAND, This Day. After being missed for two days, HublTt Lancelot Russell, aged 52, a horse trainer, formerly of Te Awamutu, was found dead on Friday, hanging from a tree. An inquest was opened at Kawau by the coroner, Mr A. J. S. Warin, J.P., of Warkworth, on Friday, and was adjourned to Warkworth for hearing later in the week. It was stated at the inquest, that deceased had been suffering from a nervous breakdown since January, and was under treatment. Three weeks ago he went to stay with his niece, Mrs C. W. Simpson, of South Harbour, Kawau. While there he appeared to be happy, and spent his time doing odd jobs and fishing. On November 1 he went out fishing in the morning. When he did not return in the evening a resident went to look for him. A party was later formed, and searched until a late hour without success, but - his body was found the next day.
