With the German ensign flying halfmast'as a mark of respect to the-date • President Hindonburg, the H.M.S. Dunedin I’cturned to Auckland'today., after eight weeks’ ‘cruise in the Pacific Islands. She visited Nukualofa, Suva, Apia, Pago Pago, Bora Bora, Tahiti, Morca, Raiatea arid Rarotonga. - While at Bora Bora' the officers exchanged courtesy .visits with the . French naval schooner Zelle, and at Tahiti officers and men enjoyed_ much hospitality during* the celebrations of the Fete Natiohale. ;,?> The Dunedin will remain in port until September 3. After gunnery ex-, crclscs, she and H.M.S. Diomede, which is due back from an Island cruise next Friday, will sail for Sydney, Hobart * and Melbourne.
