NAVAL CONFERENCE
PREPARATORY PARLEYS. EXPERT FROM ITALY. (British Official Wireless). (Received 9 a.m.) RUGBY, July 28. Captain Raincri Biseia, the Italian naval expert, who is arriving in London this evening, will on Monday have conversations with Foreign Office and Admiralty officials. The object of the visit is to prepare for more formal naval talks in relation to next year’s conferences, which are to take place in the autumn.
