NO TRACE OF PLANE SEARCH TO CONTINUE (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) INVERCARCILL, This Pay. .Mystery still surrounds the reported crash of an aeroplane in mountainous country near Skippers, 20 miles from Queenstown. Tlie Invercargill police communicated with tin' postmaster at Long Gully yesterday morning, and ho .stated that ho was satisfied that an aeroplane had actually boon scon and ho proposed assisting in the search.

A report from Queenstown last evening stated that the search party had returned, but* found no trace of an aeroplane. The search was hampered by heavy falls of snow and will be continued today.
