LEARNED IN IJ.S. (‘Received 1 p.m.) WASHINGTON, May 17. Opening the Administration's drive for the speedy enactment by the Senate of its Reciprocal Tariff Bill, Senator Harrison, the Finance Committee chairman, declared today that it would prove a means of recapturing the six billion dollar loss in the United States trade.

“We cannot shut out imports without simultaneously shutting in potential exports,” Mr Harrison declared.
