Milligan, is to the effect that the accounts of the Waihi Grand Junction Gold Company, Ltd., for Hie year ended December 31, 1933, disclose a net profit of £13,771. This compares- with £12,211 earned in 1932, and £.11,843 in 1931. The amount, brought forward from Hie previous year was £3033, making available £1(1,804. The directors recommend payment of a dividend unchanged at Id a share, free of income tax, which will absorb £O9OO. Income, lax provision requires £2037, and it is proposed to transfer £3300 to dividend equalisation account, leaving £3701 to be carried forward.
