BEIT AIN'S DECREASED TOTAL. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 0 a.m.) RUGBY, February 2-1. The British civil estimates and the estimates tor the revenue department for the coming: financial year were issued this evening. They total £408,070,222, compared with £417,0:11,151 last year, including supplementary estimates. The civil estimates alone total £1535,000,175, compared with
£345,145,400, but the latter figure iuincludes a supplementary estimate of £25,872,107. A total for the revenue departments i? £73,073,005. against £71,005,085 for 1033.
