NEW AGREEMENT
NEGOTIATIONS EXPECTED. BRITAIN AND PRANCE. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 9 a.m.) RUGBY, February 24. It Is anticipated that an announcement of the opening of negotiations for a new commercial agreement between . Britain and France will be made next week. Confirmation has been given in Paris to the report that the suggested further 10 per cent cut in the quota of British coal entering France could not be imposed.
