ILLICIT STILL

BIGGEST IN SOUTHLAND. WHISKY WASH SEIZED. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) INVERCARGILL, This Day, The police raided an illicit distilling plant in the Dunsdale district on Sunday and seized a large still, 149 gallons of whisky wash and one dozen casks. The plant is regarded as the biggest over found in Southland. It was elaborately fitted up and well concealed by densely-wooded hills. No arrests wore made, but information has been laid against an adjoining farmer.
