EARLY RETIREMENT LIKELY. (Special to “Northern Advocate.”) AUCKLAND, This Day. Another Judge of the Supreme Court, the lion. Mr .lustiee MacGregor, will retire this year. Although no ollicial auuouucomeut has been made, it is understood that he will go ou twelve months’ retiring leave when he reaches his 72nd birthday on April .14. He intends to visit England. He was created a King’s Counsel in 1914. Prior to his elevation to the Bench in 1923 he was SolicitorGeneral.
