' i Negotiations Held. Up. The negotiations that have neon going on between the Minister of Industries and Commerce, the Hon. E. Masters, and the Federal Minister ot Commerce, the Hon. P. H. Stewart, with a. view to removing the embargo on the exchange of fruit and potatoes between the two countries, have been temporarily suspended to enable Mr Stewart to visit Eotorua and to attend the celebrations at Waitangi. The negotiations -will be resumed on the return of the Ministers to Wellington on Thursday. Mr Stewart will return to Australia by the Mouowai, which leaves Wellington on Friday.
