"TRANSPORT WRECKERS"
ARRESTS IN RUSSIA.

The Riga correspondent of "The Times" slates that following upon the alleged discovery of many anti-Com-munist plots, the Soviet has expelled several thousand Communists from the party, and has caused to be arrested many others as "enemies of the people."
Some individuals in key positions are alleged to have gained advancement by false pretences;
Transport difficulties in Russia, have increased. Since the railways were subjected to the emergency law, 78 transport "wreckers" have been arrested at one station, and there have been similar occurrences elsewhere. The Ukrnn'ian Academy of Agriculture'has been reorganised and thirteen professors have been removed.
