VERDICT OF NOT GUILTY. (Per Press Association. —Copyright.) NEW'PLYMOUTH, This Day. Upon it being revealed in the course of the Crown ease that accused had reason to believe the bank deposit in question had been previously transferred to his brother, charges of perjury against Nedo Paditch failed in the Supreme Court yesterday, Mr Justice Ostler directing the jury to return a verdict of not guilty on all charges.
