HUMAN REMAINS
BONES FOUND IN WHAU VALLEY. Relief workers engaged on road work in Whan Valley yesterday unearthed the remains of a human skeleton. At the time the men were engaged in excavating, and tire skeleton fell out ol the. bank. There are not many hones remaining, most of the smaller ones having decomposed. The remains are estimated to be probably between SO and 100 years old, and medical opinion is that they are Maori.
