Blackley that the Unemployment Board should issue concession tickets to destitute pcr j sons for the supply of electric- power at cost price met with a. mixed reception at a meeting of the Hutt Valley Power Board yesterday. Mr Blackley said the concession could easily be redeemed between the Public Works Department and the Board, While power was available in the national scheme it would pay the Government to do something to relieve distress, and at the same time help the Power Boards.
