AGED JURIST DEAD
SIR FRANCOIS LEMIEUX. (Received 9 a.m.) QUEBEC, July 39. The death has occurred of the Hon. Sir Francois Xavier Lemieux, Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Quebec, aged 82. He had held the appointment since 1911.
