The. Weather Bureau has issued the following- forecast for the 2-i hours from 9 a.in. to-day;— The indications are for southerly moderate, to strong winds, decreasing. The-weather will probably be cold and changeable, with scattered showevo, ■ but- -weather improving. Barometer rising- slowly. Tides moderate. Sea ' rough. ;
