MUTU-At CONCESSIONS,- • - ■ (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, April. 23. - The special correspondent of thoc. “ Daily Herald” says that the Shah of I’ersia and Sir John Cadniau hayo iniv tialled a preliminary agreement at Teheran, ending the Anglo-Persian OiEdispute. Persia will receive 21 per cent-,, instead of 1(5 per cent., of the Anglo-Per : - sian Company's profits, besides a small.•percentage of the profits of the subsidiary companies, A renewal of the Darcy concession for (50 years has been secured, and also the rights to exploit the vast untouched " oil fields in the Northern Provinces oC Persia.
