Air Ramsay MacDonald, questioned in the House of Commons regarding disarmament, referred to the resolution of the Disarmament Conference which invited the Poavci's Avhich Avcre parties to the Washington and London naA r al treaties’ to confer, and stated that conA’’ersations accordingly had been taking place and later efforts had recently been made by British and America delegations to discover a solution of the outstanding difficulties.
