ALLOTMENT HOLDERS
MONEY FOR SEEDS AND COOLS,
(British Official Wireless.) .(Received 9 a.m.) RUGBY, December 15. To encourage the provision of seeds and tools for unemployed allotment holders, the Government is making a grant of £IO,OOO, on a basis of pound for pound against contributions from other sources, in aid of a scheme organised by the Society of Friends.
