The bptterfat returns for the Auckland Province for the month of September disclose that' production increased by 22 per cent, in comparison with the output in September, 1931. A total of 130,440 cwt. of butter was received into grading store, together with 22,87(icwt of cheese. This represents approximately 13,160,0001bs of buttorfat compared with 10,522,0001bs produced in September, 1931. The figures for the three months, duly, August and September, in 1932 and 1931, are 21,579,0001bs and 17,394,000 lbs respectively, an increase of 23 per cent. The following table shows the production in the province, in terms of butterfat, for the first three months of the current season, and for the same months in the two preceding seasons;—i 1932-33. 1931-32. 1930-31, Month.
