The Sinn Fein organisation, announces that it is arranging for protest meetings, to bo addressed by prominent Republicans in Dublin, Belfast and elsewhere, against the Prince of Wales’ coming visit to Belfast.

The “Manchester Guardian’’ says that a. stir was created in Belfast by the publication in the “Nationalist” newspaper of the text of a circular issued to 200 Orange lodges in the city emphasising the desire to maintain the traditions of the Imperial province, and to give the Prince of Wales a right royal welcome. -Accordingly the Grand Lodge has offered the assistance of Belfast Orangemen for lining and safegnardinp the four-miles route from the City Hall to the Parliament Buildings. At least 10,000 brethren are required and will rank as volunteer constables. They will wear a distinguishing badge.
