Whereas the- Reich endeavoured vigorously to abolish ReiehPrussian dualism, the judgment legalises the foundation of three distinct governments, side by side; .' • -■ Herr Braun, President of the Prussian Government, who was dismissed from office by the Hindenburg decree that appointed Herr von Papen, and of which the Leipzig Court, disapproved, presided over a meeting of " ths deposed Cabinet. It was decided that the Cabinet had the right and duty to conduct business within the Leipzig Court’s decisions.
