(Per Press Association.—Copyright.)
WELLINGTON, This Day
The Information was dismissed by Air ,1. G. L. Hewitt, S.AI., this morning when George Bruce Bolt, pilot, of Wellington, was charged with plying for hire with an aeroplane at Napier on Sunday.
The magistrate pointed out that in other parts of the Dominion varying decisions had been given in similar cases, and he was not prepared to add another to these. In his opinion the case should go before a higher court for a definite ruling. It is expected the police will appeal.
