TWO APPOINTMENTS. (Received 11. a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Mr B. 8. Stevens, Premier, has announced two additional appointments to the Upper House: Mr F. H. Tout, ex-president of the Graziers’ Association, and Mr T. S. Gordon, chairman and managing director of Birt and Company. Ho explained that the Governor agreed to 39 appointments, including the 37 already officially announced.
