MARINE DISASTER
INLAND SEA COLLISION. EIGHTEEN MEN DROWNED. (Received 9 a.m.) TOIvIO, August IC. Before daylight this morning the steamer ITino.dc Alarn . rammed the Nichifnkn Alarn in a narrow passage in the Inland Sea, sinking the Niehifnkn Alarn instantly.•Eighteen men were drowned. The others were picked up by the crow of the damaged Hinodc Alarn.
