FRENCH ELECTION
GOVERNMENT’S SMALL LEAD, .SECOND BALLOT NECESSARY. (Received 9 a.m.) PARTS, May 2.
As a result of the general election yesterday the parlies which support the Prime Minister, M. Tardieu, have won 121 seats and member of the Opposition parties 120. Second ballots will be necessary for 2.1(1 seats. The voting shows a marked swing to the Left.-
