FAIR TO CLOUDY. The Weather Bureau has issued the following forecast for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day:— The indications are for variable and mqjerate breezes, with southerly moderate winds prevailing. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, with a very cold night. Barometer unsteady, with a rising tendency. Seas and tides moderate.
