ARBITRATION COURT
MAKING OF FIXTURES. (Per Press Association. —Copyright.) WELLINGTON, This Day. In the Arbitration Court yesterday Mr Justice Frazer said in regard to making fixtures for the hearing of disputes, (the proper attitude to adopt was to wait until the Arbitration Bill was passed. Assuming its essential features were not altered, an order would bo made referring all disputes now pending back to conciliation councils. That was to say, that it would not lie necessary for anyone to appear and ask that it be done.
