FINANCIAL POLICY LINK. EMPIRE PARLEY ADVOCATED. (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, November 5. A joint committee of tho Federation of the British Industries and the Empire Economic Union, on which experts such as Sir Bazil Blackett and Sir Robert Horne sat, has issued a report advocating an Empire conference to consider the establishment of an Empire currency system to link the financial policy.
