RETAILING MILK
CONFLICT IN ULSTER. FARMERS AND DEALERS. (Received 0 a.m.) LONDON, November 5. A strange war is being carried on in Ulster between farmers and retailers of milk over winter prices. The farmers’ pickets are active, and continually hold up vans and throw the milk on the road. The retailers’ pickets are threatening 'to fire farm buildings and stacks unless the farmers give up selling. The shortage of milk is acute in Belfast. Police with rifles are necessary to escort any milk introduced into the city. Polled' are arresting pickets caught fllilk,
