lltllUiiliUHlll roslvn COSTUMES mu Illllllllim ininiIIiSIISIIIIIIIIIIIIIIHIIIIIImM With the approach of another Meat Export Season, we have to advise clients that the Moerewa Freezing Works will he re-opened early in December, or as soon as the new season’s stock becomes availably. The freezing charges will be the same as last season. The whole-hearted support of the meat producers throughout the North is absolutely necessary to secure such a turnover at the Moerewa Works as will maintain a good service and low freezing charges. The rates charged at Moerewa are exactly the same as at Southdown, or HorOtiu, and are amongst the lowest in New Zealand. These rates can only be maintained by giving the Works a reasonably full season, and it is to the advantage of every farmer having export stock for sale, to see that they do not go away from Moerewa. THE AUCKLAND FARMERS’ FREEZING Co., ltd. AUCKLAND BRANCH OFFICE MOEREWA 11 The following extract from “Life” (Australia), published on July 31st. 1931, is of interest:— “Hero is a chance for somebody, a person of vision and enterprise. At present the demand for Tung Oil is without limit. Here, there, and everywhere TUNG OIL is requiredwe talk glibly of supply and demand—of what use then to supply that for which there is a small demand. “Elsewhere TUNG OIL is a great business. Here, it is somebody’s business to investigate in his own interests the possibilities of TUNG OIL. One could wish just now that the man with confidence had more money, and the man with money more confidence.” , , , _ The above extract is the opinion of a talented authority on TUNG OIL. SURETY TUNG OIL BONDS Those who have invested in SURETY TUNG OIL BONDS which are issued by natural pRODUCTS (N . What has happened to TWr £ « Insurance Shares, Financial and Investment Companys’ it“ k 0? auy’o : ["called Gilt-Edged Security » How much money have investors lost in these ?. Why ? Because they all depend on primary production which must first be successful! The fall in the price of all our primary products (save TUNG OIL) is responsible for the reduction in the value of shares in all these great inSunHrmc, The price of TUNG OIL has not fallen but rather has increased through the depression on account of the unsatisfied demand for it; ‘ UNSATISFIED DEMAND Here is a primary industry that HAS NOT and CANNOT over-supply the market Practically every part of the world can produce butter, woormeut maize ftuft, etc.' NOT SO TUNG OIL It will & ow successfully in China, the place of its origin and the NORTH AUCKLAND Peninsula. Even in America the area in which it can be produced successfully is seriously limited. WORLD’S DEMAND MILLIONS OF ACRES OF TUNG OIL are required to-supply the World’s demand for this wonderful product. It is because of this and also the fact that the TUNG OIL TREE will grow successfully in NORTH AUCKLAND that we invite the public to take part in promoting a new primary industry which will help to restore prosperity in NEW ZEALAND. As the editor of “Life” feays:— “HERE IS A CHANCE FOR SOMEBODY.” A 40% investment is not to be turned aside lightly, especially when it is known that the capital employed in the Company is to be used in promoting a primary industry which will give work to large numbers of people and bring wealth into the country.
