N.S.W. LOTTERY TICKETS
WRIT SERVED ON DIRECTOR,
(Received 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, November 4.
Mr Whiddon, director of the New South Wales lotteries, .recently declined to supply a bulk order for tickets, saying that such a practice was undesirable. Today a writ was served on Mr Whiddon, claiming £IO,OOO on behalf of Rufus T. Naylor. The grounds of action were not stated.
