NAVAL MALCONTENTS
TWENTY-FOUR DISCHARGED. (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, November 3. The Admiralty announces that no disciplinary action is to be taken regarding the behaviour of the men of the Atlantic Fleet at Invergorden in September. However, the Board of the Admiralty has received information since the return of the Fleet to the home ports that a few men serving in it have continued conduct subversive of discipline. The board therefore has directed that 24 men shall be discharged from the Navy, as “their services are no longer required. ’'
