RALPH CAPONE APPEAL FAILS. (Received II a.m.) WASHINGTON, November 2. r The United States Supreme. Court has confirmed the three-year sentence passed on Ralph Capone, brother of the famous “Scarface Al,“ for in- , come tax evasion. The sentence must be commenced at once. The Court’s decision was reached after a message had been sent from the Government urging the rejection of the appeal.
