OGPU PERSECUTION
HIGH OFFICIALS EXECUTED. (Received 9 a.m.) MOSCOW, November. 1. Klepikow and Maslenikow, 1 twb high officials of the Ogpu (secret police) have been shot for various crimes and for, abuse of their position. Their offences included the execution of 18 innocent people.
