FALL FROM MOTOR CYCLE
MAN FATALLY INJURED. (Special to “Northern Advocate.") HAMILTON, This Day., An accident which terminated fatally occurred on the Hamilton —Whatawhata Road last evening, when Walter Stuart Harris, aged 24, a win-dow-cleaner, was killed. Harris was riding a recently-ac-quired motor cycle and carrying on the pillion a friend named Alfred Martin. When about two miles from Frankton, proceeding in the direction of Whatawhata, Harris swerved to avoid a cyclist, and, as he did so, his machine skidded. Harris was thrown heavily on to the metalled road, and, when picked up, was suffering from concussion. He was taken to hospital, but died shortly after admission. An inquest was formally opened and adjourned.
