N.Z. TOTAL LOWER. (From Our Parliamentary Special.) WELLINGTON, Saturday. Another small decrease in the number of registered unemployed in New Zealand is shown by the figures for the week ended October 26. The total fell to 60,266, which is less by 471 til an the number a week earlier. The decrease recorded in the past month is 1.100. Included in the latest total are 66,424 men engaged in part-time'relief schemes. Applicants for employment who were unplaced at October 26 totalled 13,842. In Auckland the number registered cn October 26 was 7036, and on October 10, 7040. Those in part-time work totalled 6601, and those unjilaccd 1346.
