CANTERBURY WINTER SHOW
interesting working DISPLAYS. This year’s Winter Show at the King Edward Barracks, Christchurch, is remarkable for the range and quality of the exhibits, and particularly for the large number of working exhibits; most of the secondary industries represented having gone to considerable trouble in installing plant in operation. One of £ne most interesting working displays is furnished by the tin stamping plant on the “Nugget” stand. The public is thus able to see exactly how the making of “Nugget” and “Poliflobr” tins is a valuable supplementary New Zealand industry to the manufacture of the actual products.
