The Australian Rugby team sailed for New Zealand by the Ulimaroa today and had a rousing send-off.

GISBORNE, This Day. The Tarawhiti challenge team for the Prince of Wales Cup is as follows: —Nepia (East Coast), A. Walford .(Bast Coast), C. Smith (Wairoa), McKenzie (Bay of Plenty), M. Howell (Hawke 5 s Bay), E. Howell (Hawke 5 s Bay), W. Harrison (East Coast), Crawford (Hawke 5 s Bay), Wanga (Hawke 5 s Bay), J. Gennell (Wairoa), R. Christie (Wairoa), T. Reid (East Coast), Jones (Bay of Plenty), W. Wilson (Hawke 5 s Bay), Hawea (Wairoa). Reserves: T. Morrison (Bay of Plenty), Brooking (East Coast). The match will be played on August 22 at Christchurch, the headquarters of Te Waipounamu, the present holders. The Tarawhiti team will assemble at Napier on Wednesday.
