LIBERTY FOR STRIKERS
MR LANG’S PROPOSALS.
(Received- 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, August 14. Mr Lang’s Government has decided to repeal the Crimes intimidation and Molestation Act, which was passed by Mf Bavin’s Government :n 1929, at the time of the timber workers ’ strike.
Thd Act forbids picketing and un/awful assemblies, or the molestation of free labourers, on occasions of strikes or lockouts.
