Four persons perished in the wreck of the French Orient air liner which crashed and fell into a river near Sandoway, Burma, yesterday. Four bodies have been recovered. (Received 9 a.m. ) RUGBY, June 9. j King George has sent, through the Secretary of State for Air, Lord Amulreo, a congratulatory message to Flying-Officer C. W. A. Scott on breaking the record by his flight from Australia to England. His Majesty sent a similar message to Mr Scott when he reached Australia in record flying time. MISSING FLIER. VAIN SEARCH IN JUNGLE. (Received 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, June 10. A message from New Guinea states that the search for the missing airman, Mr Trist, who was forced down in the jungle on May 22, has proved unavailing.
